Wasatch Back 2009

Another 188 miles of running with a few of your best friends.  Last weekend I ran the Wasatch Back... again! It was a blast!!!  The only bummer part was Josh and Kimmi ran it also, but we were on different teams.  The good part was they were both in Van 1, same as me, so we got to start at the same time and see each other the entire race! 

Team Seriously ROCKED IT again!  The race had an extra 6 miles added to it this year and our time was 32:59:16.  That means we kept a 10 minute mile pace throughout the race. GO GIRLS!!! It was so much fun we already have our spot for next year.  I think we all might need to get our heads examined!!  CRAZY!!

Race Car Weekend

This last weekend would have normally been our Harley Weekend, however it was pouring rain Saturday morning, so we decided to rent "Race Cars" instead of Harley's!  It was so much fun! We drove all over Northern Utah, spent the night at Daniel's Summit Lodge, and drove a little more the next day!!

Ty was the first to hit 170 mph in this very fancy Corvette.  Of course, Scott couldn't let Ty hold the record in the car he rented, Scotty hit 170 also, however, he got to meet a Duchesne County Sheriff while trying to beat Ty's record!  Sorry Scotty, guess we all can't be as smooth as my Ty!!!

This is the Hot Tamale... yep it had a governor so we topped this baby out at 115 mph.
