Happy 12th Birthday Jessie!

Jessica had her 12th birthday this week.

We had lots of birthday activities including

going out to dinner TWICE,

having visitors bring presents

all week, and we topped

it off with a

bowling party on Friday night.

Long 'RED' Socks

IRON CHEF.... EVAPORATED MILK

Last night we had our ANNUAL IRON CHEF COMPETITION. Although, I guess it's not really annual... it's just a great excuse to have a party!!! This time the "secret ingredient" was EVAPORATED MILK.

We entered a "made-up" creation of our favorite house chef, TY

Pasta served with garlic sausage, pancetta, pruchetto, asparagus and mushrooms.

Drenched with Smoked Gouda, Brie and Parmesan cheese sauce which included 2 cans of EVAPORATED MILK and a lot of heavy whipping cream!! It was DELICIOUS!!!
