it off with a

Long 'RED' Socks

Keep your eyes on those long RED socks!! Those socks are important because they are worn by Park City's Defense Middie #31 JADEN RASCH. One might ask why the Long RED socks?? The answer is... who really knows... Jaden is 15 and we just don't ask questions about his wardrobe anymore!! However... it is very easy to see where he is on the field thanks to those
Long RED socks!!

Great game Park City!! Score was 6-2 for PC!!

IRON CHEF.... EVAPORATED MILK

Last night we had our ANNUAL IRON CHEF COMPETITION. Although, I guess it's not really annual... it's just a great excuse to have a party!!! This time the "secret ingredient" was EVAPORATED MILK.

We entered a "made-up" creation of our favorite house chef, TY
Pasta served with garlic sausage, pancetta, pruchetto, asparagus and mushrooms.
Drenched with Smoked Gouda, Brie and Parmesan cheese sauce which included 2 cans of EVAPORATED MILK and a lot of heavy whipping cream!! It was DELICIOUS!!!

February Break

In Park City we get a "February Break" which means the kids are out of school for a week. Seriously... where else do you get a week off of school to ski and snowboard? This year we got in two days of snowboarding, took a few days off to rest and then went on a quick trip to
St. George hosted by Big G and Grammie.

It was a fun filled weekend with lots of eating, hiking
and swimming. Even though the weather was a bit rainy,
Saturday we decided to try a little hike in Snow Canyon.

The weather cleared up just in time for our hikes!

Grammie was a little worried about getting rained on... so she wore her pancho just incase!

We hiked up to see the LAVA BALLS...

We had a contest to see who could find the "roundest" one.

Grammie and Jessie enjoying the view.

Jaden exploring...

We also hiked to Johnson's arch. The trail is usually closed during the peak hiking season, but since it's FEBRUARY we were able to hike to it.

Jaxon along the trail...

We found it... Johnson's Arch

We also went swimming in the morning...

and after it was dark...

A great BIG thank you to Grammie and Big G!! We had such a fun weekend!!
