A Summer Day at the Rasch's....

Usually you can find us at Crestwood... where you will find Jaden being chased by the girls in the pool!

Sometimes... okay one time... Ty joined us!

You will find me sneaking Mclaren chocolate... she LOVES it!!

Jaxon will show you how he can hold his breath and dive under water looking for treasures...

After a great day of swimming, you will find us on our deck with treats and blankets to watch a movie!

Chillin' With The Cousins

We LOVE when Kimmi gets to go to girls camp... that means we get the Bentley Boy and Miss Mclaren for a day or two!! They got to sleep over Sunday and play all day long on Monday. Here are a few shots from our day...

I took all 5 kids to Wal-mart to purchase a new slip'n'slide and some water toys. When we got home, they changed into their swimming suits so quickly and got going with the set up.  Jaxon and Bentley kept asking Jaden and Jessie if it was ready!

After a while, Jaden started entertaining them with water and the trampoline.  You should have heard them laughing every time Jaden jumped with the water bucket!

Then out came the water guns...

After 3 hours of water play, it was time for a movie rest!

We had so much fun and can't wait to tend them again!!

4th of July

The 4th of July is my favorite holiday!!  Maybe it's because it starts off my birthday month!! We had our 6th annual BBQ and Fireworks party.  We ate lots of yummy chicken and corn and still had enough left over to feed everyone the next day! Then it was a Rock Band and hang out time before went to see the fireworks.  Happy 4th of July!!!

Wasatch Back 2009

Another 188 miles of running with a few of your best friends.  Last weekend I ran the Wasatch Back... again! It was a blast!!!  The only bummer part was Josh and Kimmi ran it also, but we were on different teams.  The good part was they were both in Van 1, same as me, so we got to start at the same time and see each other the entire race! 

Team Seriously ROCKED IT again!  The race had an extra 6 miles added to it this year and our time was 32:59:16.  That means we kept a 10 minute mile pace throughout the race. GO GIRLS!!! It was so much fun we already have our spot for next year.  I think we all might need to get our heads examined!!  CRAZY!!

Race Car Weekend

This last weekend would have normally been our Harley Weekend, however it was pouring rain Saturday morning, so we decided to rent "Race Cars" instead of Harley's!  It was so much fun! We drove all over Northern Utah, spent the night at Daniel's Summit Lodge, and drove a little more the next day!!

Ty was the first to hit 170 mph in this very fancy Corvette.  Of course, Scott couldn't let Ty hold the record in the car he rented, Scotty hit 170 also, however, he got to meet a Duchesne County Sheriff while trying to beat Ty's record!  Sorry Scotty, guess we all can't be as smooth as my Ty!!!

This is the Hot Tamale... yep it had a governor so we topped this baby out at 115 mph.
